What to look for
Unusual access to classified systems outside normal duties
Unexplained financial changes or expressed financial stress
Unsolicited contact from foreign nationals about work topics
Sudden behavioral shifts — withdrawal, hostility, anxiety near supervisors
Photographing or copying materials outside normal workflow
Trust your instincts. One anomaly may be coincidence. A cluster is a pattern.
You are not expected to determine if a threat is real — only to recognize and report. Trained analysts do the rest.
